We best our competitors in so many ways, our prices are just the icing on the cake. Press read more to see our rate card. Then call around but don't be fooled by hourly rate alone, our fast efficient and guaranteed service put us in the lead. Our customers who have switched report that we save them money.

The computer Doctor Bills for time on sire only within our standard service area. Many of our competitors bill you while driving to and from your site, We don't think it is fair to bill you while we sit in traffic.

Rates

The table below outlines our current service rates.

We offer discounted service to our customers with one of our maintenance or retainer agreements and on large projects. In addition we sometimes offer discounts to qualified non-profits.

Standard Support
In store	$50.00	Half hour minimum 15 intervals thereafter
On site	$70.00	On Hour minimum 15 minute intervals thereafter

Priority Support (Initial response must be within 24 hours)
In store	$60.00	One Hour minimum 15 minute intervals thereafter.
On Site	$80.00	One hour minimum - 15 minute intervals thereafter

Emergency Support (support requiring immediate response within 4 hours)
In store or On site	$95.00	One hour minimum 30 minute intervals thereafter.

Phone and Remote Support
	$40.00	15 minute minimum 15 minute intervals.
